General Terms and Conditions

The contracting parties agree to the terms and conditions of service provision by strelecka-skola.cz - Martin Fišer listed below. These general terms and conditions are published on the website www.strelecka-skola.cz, which allows all contracting parties to save or copy them.

Information on the processing of personal data

Based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you that in connection with the activities of the Fišer Shooting School, we process your personal data.

In the case of membership, cooperation and business relationship with a company that is a legal entity, this concerns contact information about the persons with whom we communicate. In the case of a natural person-company, this concerns personal data of the natural person-company and contact information about the persons with whom we communicate. In the case of a natural person, this concerns contact information of the natural person.

This is data that arises from legal obligations to ensure the activities of the association, the fulfillment of the contract or order, subsequent invoicing and possible resolution of complaints. Another category of data is contact information for persons in the legitimate interest of ensuring the activities of ČAPLH.

You have the right to their extract, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent and filing a complaint.

Introductory provisions

1.1

The company strelecka-skola.cz - Martin Fišer issues these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") in accordance with the provisions of Section 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), which are an integral part of the contract concluded between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) on the one hand

and

the Client

(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) on the other hand

and

or a third party for whose benefit the contract is concluded and who has expressed consent to it

(hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”) on the third party.

1.2

The Provider ensures participation in the activities described in the Provider’s offer (hereinafter referred to as the “service” or “services”) for the Client, or the Recipient, based on the purchase of the service from the Provider. Given the legal order of the Czech Republic, these business terms and conditions distinguish between the Client, who is a so-called consumer, and the Client, who is not a consumer. A consumer is a person who, when concluding and fulfilling the contract, does not act within the scope of his commercial or other business activity.

1.3

By ordering a service, the Customer confirms that he has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.4

A written, email or telephone order for services constitutes a proposal by the Customer to conclude a contract for the provision of the service specified in the order. Acceptance of the order (acceptance of the proposal) by the Provider creates a contract between the Provider and the Customer. If the contract is concluded for the benefit of a third party, i.e. the Recipient, the Recipient becomes the authorized person from the concluded contract at the moment when the Recipient expresses his consent to the contract. Until the Recipient expresses his consent to the contract, the contract is valid only between the Provider and the Customer; until then, the Customer has the right to performance under the concluded contract (the same applies if the Recipient refuses to consent to the contract).

1.5

The Customer is notified of these terms and conditions before sending the order and has the opportunity to familiarize himself with them. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the concluded contract, including the purchase contract.

1.6

The Recipient expresses his/her consent to these terms and conditions by expressing his/her consent to the concluded service contract. It is possible to express his/her consent to the concluded service contract and these terms and conditions both explicitly and implicitly (the Recipient expresses his/her consent to the service contract and these terms and conditions, for example, by using the issued certificate for the purpose of using the service).

Subject of the contract

2.1

The subject of the service contract concluded between the Provider and the Customer is the Provider's obligation to ensure the delivery of the ordered services and the Customer's obligation to pay the Provider for the provision of these services according to the Provider's current price list, which is available on the Provider's website www.strelecka-skola.cz. The subject is a course - training for a firearms license.

2.2

A service order sent to the Provider by post, telephone, in person (at the address Koněvova 316/26, Prague 3 Žižkov) or by email represents the Client's proposal to receive the services specified in the order, under the conditions set out in it and in these terms and conditions.

Payment terms

3.1

The Provider offers a choice of the following payment methods:

by payment card over the Internet via a payment gateway,

in cash upon personal collection at the Operator's headquarters.

3.2

When choosing payment by payment card over the Internet, the Buyer will be redirected to a third-party payment server after completing the order, where he/she will fill in the necessary payment
